Chateau Ayadina - New Cairo

The service is top notch and the flavors are so well thought of. Shaimaa helped us with our choices and was so welcoming and decent. Besides all, the interior was super nice, I’d personally recommend staying indoors over outdoors especially in summer. They even gave us some desserts on the house when we were pretty much joking about it. Honestly, a great experience and would personally go through the hassle of the long road again just to have another meal. We had: Maklouba, 9/10 so so nice, but the only downside is that the eggplants were a bit oily. Mesahab, so well cooked the chicken was beyond tender and the fries on the side were so nice too. Shrimp fattah, out of this world definitely recommend it. Also had their Jallab and lemonade, very refreshing with a bit of an aromatic taste due to the rose water. And finally their hummus is lovely and ghazal beirut was such a pleasant surprise.

Our experience at Château Aya Dina was absolutely unforgettable, the atmosphere was elegant and welcoming the food was beyond amazing every dish full of flavor and beautifully presented, and the service from El Shaimaa was exceptional. She treated us with genuine warmth, making us feel so cared for and adding such a personal touch to the whole evening. Truly a perfect experience from start to finish. Coming back for sure!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful experience at Chateau Ayadina – New Cairo. The ambiance is elegant with both indoor and outdoor seating that creates a relaxing atmosphere, perfect for enjoying a meal with family or friends. The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and full of authentic flavors. What really stood out for me, however, was the excellent service. Mr. Youssef went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. He was attentive, professional, and very friendly, always checking in to see if we needed anything without being intrusive. His warm hospitality truly elevated the whole dining experience. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for great food, a classy environment, and exceptional service. A special thanks again to Mr. Youssef for making our visit memorable!

Such an exquisite fine dining experience with authentic Lebanese food. Our waiter was Mohamed Sayed, he was the friendliest yet most professional ever! He made picking the food such an easy process and all his suggestions were on point!!
